Bugs in Media Upload

Can anyone advise on the following issues I’ve encountered for my website https://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com
I’m using CK Editor & WordPress Version 3.5.1
1) I tried uploading an image to my post. After updating the post, instead of displaying the image it displays the text on the post as shown below:

2) After uploading image and inserting into the post, whatever caption, title, description that I’ve entered went missing when I doubled clicked on the same image on the post.
3) After uploading a image, the image just dont display despite updating the post & also there’ll be caption on other images which I’ve not enetered any cpations previously.
