yes, this was caused by a necessary change in TablePress 0.9-RC. Sorry about that.
To fix this, just re-install the TablePress ColumnFilterWidgets Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-columnfilterwidgets/
As that Extension is not in the WordPress plugin directory this can not be done automatically, unfortunately.
