Need help tweaking TwentyTwelve

The main place I’d like help is on “Your Page.” As I describe on the Home page, I’d like for it to be a place where readers can post their own comments, criticisms, questions, etc. about the book.

I don’t know what kind of underlying architecture it takes to do that, but I assume it’s some kind of comment plugin.

I would like for these posts/comments to have a topic line above it. What’s currently on “Your Page” is (to me) visually confusing. I can’t tell which reply button works for which comment; all the text is the same size, and there are no headlines or topic lines.

I’ve looked high and low, and I can’t find anyone who knows how to do this (though many have told me that it certainly can be done).
