WP Android App issue

I have a simple question: I should put in my blog address when I activate the app, but which one ? WP-admin or the main one ?
For example:

or this one:
https://cudownagdynia.pl/
One more question: are there any plug-ins I can enhance my mobile blog with, like SEO, or simply I’ll have access to this functionality through the cockpit ?
