Weird No-CSS Admin Panel

    Hey Guys,

    I just installed wordpress on my computer (local install) and have encountered a very odd issue. I’ve been working with WordPress for about 2 years now as a developer/designer and have never seen this weird admin panel that is showing. It seems like it is missing some css. I have about 15 other local installs on my computer and they all load the admin panel fine. Please check out the screen shot. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and got the same result.
