    Since i bought their theme I sent them many emails to get support, I got no answers at all!

    I’m sorry you’re having a rough time with that vendor but (quoting another moderator who said it more concisely then I would):

    The policy of the support forums is that only plugins hosted on www.remarpro.com are supported. This is not right place for a complaint regarding a 3rd party vendor or plugin.
