Oops Page Not Found in News, Events, Sermons

    I have a themed page @ https://www.felchmtn.com
    It every page works fine except for my pages that came with the theme. When I add events, news, or a sermon it shows up fine on the home page, but when I attempt to access each post it displays “oops page not found”.

    and the event post located on the page:
    https://www.felchmtn.com/cpt_events/sledding-party/

    I’ve spoken with the theme maker (Mint Themes) and am awaiting a reply, but I guess I’m a little impatient and want to know if anyone has a solution.

    I have made sure that News, Events, and Sermons are all identified as their respective template types.

  • On your home page, If I hover the three images, sermon, Community, ministry, the link points to “image Link”.

    In the back end, were you supposed to enter a link somewhere when you attached the images?

    I haven’t set the link’s for the images yet. Those I understand. It is the news and the events pages when I click on the posts it takes me to “Page Not Found”.

    Both News and Events work for me. I clicked on all of them on your home page.
    I would clear your cache if I were you.

    That did it. Thanks very much. I appreciate the help. Why did the cache affect my viewing? (Just curious)

    If you visit a site often, you computer caches things like images, links, etc.. Your computer probably had been to that link maybe before you reset your permalinks and had the page in its cache. It happens more often than you think. Some browsers are also very sticky so using a few helps when building sites.
