    Hello,

I have started using Polylang, and it seems like a great plugin, but there are 3 things that don’t work:

    1. I would like to know why is it relevant to link one page with another for the second language? It is the function that you write about here:
    https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/setting-up-a-wordpress-multilingual-site-with-polylang/translating-posts-or-pages/

If I add the new page this way, the content is not copied and the slider caption is not translated. If I make a new page, and add it as a menu to the second language navigation, then all seems to work fine.
Is there anyway to fix this bug?

    2. If I swtich language when I am on one page, it always goes back to the other language’s front page. Anyway to fix this? Perhaps it will not work if I stick to creating totally new pages, to be able to translate also the slider caption.

    3. The widget titles do not translate, even though I tramslated them in the setting menu where strings are translated. They show up in the settings, but when I load the page, they dont. Any solution for this?

    Please help! Thank you
    Eva

Hi Chouby, why am I not getting a reply to this? Should I write the post in another way? I see all other questions replied, but this. Why?
