Shipping not being calculated

    Hello, great plugin!

    I’m having an issue with the shipping not being calculated in the final price. Now the proper price goes through to my merchant account but the amount is incorrect in the transaction results. Also, even in your table demo in the setting for Shop Styling shipping isn’t getting calculated.

    Please advise. Thanks.
