My except thumbnails show a different image than what is in the post.

A while ago I moved from blogger to wordpress. Everything was good. The images were still housed on blogger, so I spent a couple of days uploading the image to wordpress and updating the posts.

I cleared the site cache (and my personal cache) but some of the post excepts show different thumbnails than what is in the post.

The top post is title “Final Notes on Color”. The image in the actual post is a pie chart but on the category expects pages it is an image of apple walnut bread.

What do I need to do to correct this? Any ideas?
