upgrade messed up characters

    I just upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0.1 and all the non-ascii characters in my posts show up as question marks.

    My blog was UTF-8 before the upgrade, it still is set as UTF-8 and the theme shows the page as UTF-8 alright. I checked the table in phpmyadmin, the french accents and japanese characters are still there.
