I cant get wordpress to open at all. Please Help!

REPOST as the the instillation forum is overrunning with spam about Dubai call girls…

I had wordpress running great on my mac using the latest versions of MAMP and WP.
Then I started using wowslider and continued getting the blank white screen. The white screen would not allow me to save any changes I was making. Frustrated and fed up I deleted wowslider from my plugin file thinking that would permanently delete it.

Deleting that file was a mistake as everything got much worse. I could no longer even access any pages of my site. Frustrated and raged I deleted everything I could find thinking I would just re-download and start over from scratch.
After re-downloading I keept having problems. First WP would launch but MAMP wouldn’t. Now Mamp is working like a BOSS but WP and my local host never work. I have tried everything I can think of….

I am beyond frustrated and have spent 10+ hours working on just restarting…I am just about ready to start over on another computer entirely.

I did change the name of the WP-Config-setup.php file to Wp-config.php. I did change the user name and password.

I also changed the dummy text in the document after following the link.
I am fairly new to wordpress and watched 6 or more tutorials regarding proper instilation. I know that there must be something wrong because I followed the videos step by step.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
