How to get direct link from ftp upload

i upload many files on my hosting to allow visitor download it and im using wordpress but i can’t finde how to get the direct link of those files like https://www.domain.com/ebook.pdf i only get https://ftp.domain.com/ebook.pdf
i use many files per day not one or two is there any plugin may help me get direct link
