Log-in issue after removing buddy press

    I removed buddy press and now I cannot login to my site if I’m logged in to admin at the same time.
    Also, if I try to login to admin with logged in to site first then I’m unable to login to admin.

    Means I’m unable to login to admin and site at the same time.
    Please help me in this asap.

    All the time , I try to login to my admin panel if already logged in to site….then getting error message:

    You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
