Another way to control who send a support ticket

Hi everyone

I’m using Scebo and I like so much, but I would like to know how can I create a customer list without create a user account in my site.
My site is a club news site. The club have 80 000 members and I don’t want create many users accounts but I need the personal data who wants a support.
Is there another way to do this? Other plugin like contact form 7 or another? If yes, how can integrate this solutions ?
