I’ve been dealing with spam on the site and don’t want to leave my configuration in the web.

All forms are using contact 7 Version 3.3.3 (Except for the email sign up form)

I upgraded to wordpress 3.5.1 and now my contact for does not show on the website. Please help as we get a lot of business through this portal and currently it is showing the following

I am having the same issue.
I am able to use the contact form, but the form stopped redirecting.

Hi vpaidi, I also use this for conversion tracking and its not the first time it has happened. Also have WP 3.5.1 and CF 3.3.3. Takayuki, if your still out there…people need your help!!!

Just as a reminder, WP 3.5.1 and CF 3.3.3 together. Why the on_sent_ok doesn’t work please ? How to fix it quickly please ?

I found, I finally DID find what was wrong !!!
Not only, you need to have the <?php wp_footer(); ?> called in your footer but also make sure the <?php wp_head(); ?> is called in your header !

And this, no one ever mentioned it on all the forums I’ve been looking for !

It’s there any possibility to make a stylish notice text under the e-mail adress on contact form 7 like in the attached picture?
