Form does not show up on landing page or append to a page

    You site has some issues beyond Ninja Forms. When I visited this link I get this message:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /home/focuspt/public_html/757coffeenews.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1545

    Once you get that figured out I’d be happy to take a look at what might be happening with Ninja Forms but my guess is that once you figure that out Ninja Forms won’t have an issue.

    On a side note, you mentioned appending to a page but then sent me the preview page. I would need to see the page that you appended the form to to help troubleshoot.
