I made a real mess of my site

Hi All:
I don’t know what theme I have anymore. I had Choco and went into features, clicked on Editor, and found it was really not very appealing. Tried to fix it. Went into Theme options, forgot I had gone into Features. Anyway, I tried to load another theme on my site and now nothing will download. Also, every box I see in Appearance has a blue question mark in the middle. I know that means something is missing. But, believe me, I am really stupid at this. Obviously. And I could really use some help getting dug out of this one.
