I need help with updating my store please

    i have created my store and put in all the products it has taken me allll day after somehow accidentally erasing them. I really dont want to mess up again. I log onto my page under my dash board and it looks great but i open a new browser and its on the demo store! how can i get what i see on my screen on what others can see too??
