Insurance Tracking PlugIn

I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to track incoming insurance certificates for my tenants. I would need to be able to enter the information on the certificate such as Policy Holder, insurance types and coverage amounts. I will also need to be able to set an alert (delivered VIA email) when the insurance is about to expire. Is there anything out there that would allow me to do this?
