additional text to price

Hi, thanks for this great plugin.
Is it possible to add some additional text to price? And maybe the total weight?
for example:
3|10.7|1 0-3 kg (total=2.75 kg)
10|12.7|1 3-10 kg (total=14.6 kg)
20|18.7|1 20-40 kg (total=27,1 kg)I have tried in the “shipping rates” table but it does not work.
It would be nice to see this additional information, at the prices.
