Adding auomatically members' registration info to their posts

Hi,

I have been looking for a solution for hours and could not find the thing I need. I am not a developer although I can copy/paste pieces of codes if i know where ??

My problem:

I run a wordpress blog that is intended to work as an intranet. Users register through the Pie Register Plugin and need to provide some additional info to register successfully such as their location, business unit and Phone Number. So I capture these data for all my users. They are all potential authors.
The thing is that I would like to add these data to every single post they will be making in order to facilitate communication. Like a guy can see an interesting post from his colleague and call her straightaway as the phone number is displayed together with guy’s name above or below the post.
I would like this to be a default setting where a user can t delete a field only update it in his profile

Is there something that has been already done on this topic? what is the level of complexity?
