Website Not working since updating to new W3C Cache

    You have HTTP compression enabled for HTML on the browser cache settings tab?

    yes I do, I’ve got that enable. the only time the problem happens is when I enable page cache. Its worked fine for over 2 years, its only since this weeks updates.

    Once i enable PageCache the website looks like this (symbols):
