2.0.3 Bug: Avatars don't shown outside comment's loop

Fix: rename second parameter in function wsl_user_custom_avatar (file \modules\services\wsl.user.avatar.php) from $id_to_email to $mixed.
Or you can rename all occurrences $mixed in function to $id_to_email
