Updating plugins/themes gives 404 page & Jetpack stats down.

As of about a week ago I have lost the ability to update ANY plugin or theme, go to many of their settings pages, and see the graphics behind the jetpack stats. This seems to have coincided with the 3.5.1 update but I’m not 100% sure. It hasn’t effected the front end of my website publicly, but severely limits my current options. Please help!
