Can I create a Static Page that then autoloads the Index.php Page

  • I have a client that would like a basic animation splash page (probably just using CSS3) that then loads the Index.php page after the animation is finished. I know how to create a static front page I just want to know what the best method for getting the Index page to auto load?

    Any insights would be welcome!
