Unable to update or add in any post/page

  • I just recently unable to udpate any post/page even add in anything after updating my wordpress

    it appear

    404 – The Server cannot find it!
    The post or the page that you are looking for, is not available at this time. It could have been moved / deleted.

    Please browse through the archives / search through the site.

    I only manage to add in one post with a short sentence.. I can’t do big change..
