Problem using short code in Awake WP theme

The Awake WP theme has short codes already used for various tasks like making galleries and custom block quotes and more. But when ever I try to use a plugin that has its own short codes they do not work. I switched to the twenty eleven WP theme and the WPWS short codes worked, but when I switched back to the MYSITE MYWAY Awake WP theme they stopped working, like there is a conflict in the code that runs the short code. Any work around or help dealing with this themes short code conflict. Maybe adding or deleting js files or inputting into the functions code. I don’t know. this may be an issue others will run into as they purchase premium themes.
