My site is sometimes unreachable

  • I have a wordpress web site https://www.replikler.net.

    In the past year there was no problem in the site. But for 3-4 months I have some issues. I’ve resetted the wordpress (reinstall) but I still have an issue. Which is : It is sometimes unreachable. I mean sometimes (4-5 times a day for 10-30 minutes) I can not reach the website and then the browser just says “Can not connect to web site” or it give Internal Server Error.

    Have you faced a problem like this before ?

    Hosting is Godaddy by the way.

  • Have you asked GoDaddy about this problem?

    do you know if you’re getting much traffic to your site? it could be that you may need to upgrade your hosting to get more bandwidth allocation.

    internal server errors are a hosting company issue, if you have low trafic numbers, you upgrade and the problem persists contact godaddy and get them to run a helathcheck on their servers.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience. This is something our Support team should investigate.

    I’ve created a Support Incident in our system so our Advanced Hosting Team can look into it. After they’ve investigated, they will reply by email to the address on your Go Daddy customer account.

    thanks for responses. Yes I’ve asked to GoDaddy. They said “We don’t see any problem” but I see as hell.

    @theotherlebowski my site is getting about 2000 different users a day. I dont think it is about traffic. By the way, I have unlimited bandwitf with Godaddy.

    @godaddy I’ve already asked to your hosting team but as I said “there is no problem” they said. But there is a problem. Thanks anyway.

    you’ve got some very odd code in the head section of your site…

    you seem to have some divs in the head section that contain style tags and code…
