• So I made a test-form that wasn’t live on the website so I could test out the Contact Form DB plugin. With that I added the live form to the “Do not save forms in DB named”.

Then after I learnt how everything worked I went back into the CFDB options and removed the form from the Do Not Save list.

However, CFDB still is ignoring the live form.

Is there just a delay in adding a new form or something I have forgotten to do?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Just realized that the old form was created by a different user – could that be the problem?

I would expect once you removed that form from the “Do not save forms in DB named” it should immediately work. It doesn’t matter the user & there is no delay.

    – Go back to the options page and be sure that “Do not save forms in DB named” is cleared out.
    – Make a form submission on that form
    – Check the CFDB admin page to see if the form submission appears
