Transfer PHPleague from localhost to online web.

Hi, can someone tell me how can I transfer my PHPleague plugin with all setings (leagues, clubs, matches etc.) from my LOCALHOST to my online WEBSITE???
In my localhost I just tried phpleague… than I saw that everything is working so I decided to transfer PHPleague plugin vith all my settings (options, leagues, clubs, matches, fixtures, etc.) to my online web site. But I don′t know how can I do that. Cam someone please help with that?? Thanks.
