Open Image Links in Lightbox

Is there a plugin that opens all IMAGE links in a post or for all categories of my choice in a lightbox? Currently links are being open in the same window or a new window, but I don’t want readers being taken away from the page, I’d like to have them remain ON the page while the info is displayed underneath. It’d be nice if the plugin were to display the alt tag/info as well.

I have one category that is already using a gallery plugin. Before I install a plugin I’d just want to make sure that it doesnt mess up anything else.
