Stock Quantity Errors

Hi..

When I change the stock quantity of a product, say from 7 to 4..
I see a discrepancy in the stock quantity that appears in the all products page and the quantity that appears inside that particular product page(sending you a screenshot in mail)

Also when I set the stock quantity to 0 in the .csv it does not get updated (Ideally it should become out of stock)

I am also sending my .csv file in the mail.
