need plugin or code that will scroll page content through H1, H2 etc…

    I have some plugins that enable page scrolling up/down, which is very useful when using mobile browsers, but I am looking for some plugin or code suggestion that will enable user to move between page content easily.

    Something like next, previous icons to display, rather than manually adding anchor tags in the content.
