Plugins not working in subdomains for multisite network

Hi,

Installed a multisite network with subdomains, is owrking ok. But once set up a subdomain I want to upload new plugins but clicking on Plugins doesnot give a popup menu with adding new plugins, it only opens the already uploaded plugins . How to tackle this, anybody an idea….
