    You seem to have changed to a different plugin. I can try and help you if you reinstall the plugin and add it into the widget section of the page.

    The issue may be caused by a conflicting plugin or a bug in the theme, as we discovered in the previous support topic.

    If you are happy with the new plugin you are using, please close this support request.

    Thanks Vasmi, I uninstalled all other plugins that may have been conflicting and that didn’t help so came to the conclusion it was probably a problem with the theme (accentbox). Quicker to go with the other plugin so i just did that. Thanks for getting back to me!
