Directoy 'themes' created in WP root dir

It seems there’s a problem with paths definitions (maybe in global.php).
And because of this, Crayon Syntax Highlighter is creating a blank ‘themes’ directory in the WordPress root dir.
If you remove the dir, it’s created again. Deactivating the plugin solves the problem.
