Add another footer in Twenty Eleven?

  • I’m fiddling around with WordPress 3.5 and the Twenty Eleven theme.

    I’ve created the child theme for making any modifications.

    How can I add a second footer but above the existing one? I want to add some certification logos into it, so it would be nice if it can be the same dimensions and colour as the existing footer, and with the “line” above the top to separate it from the page above.
