I Think My VA Shut Down My Sites

I had a VA who mas managing 3 of my blogs and after a dispute I think she’s done something to my sites. I had the passwords changed so she doesn’t have access to any of them. None of the sites will load now when I go to them. Please help! I don’t know what to do about this.
