Serious problem, no layout, only text.

I totally messed up my site and dont know how to fix it.
I changed WordPress address (URI) and Blog address (URI) both to https://futilesoul.com from https://futilesoul.com/wordpress on https://futilesoul.com/wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php I dont know why but i did. Since i did that my site doesn’t show any layout what so ever, just the text. What can i do to fix it.
I have an index.php file as my index page for https://futilesoul.com so it goes directly to the blog, it worked until i messed with https://futilesoul.com/wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php that page.
