MultiUser cron

It works for pretty much everyone except a small group of people.

There’s a trac ticket on it, but this is a really rare occurance. :/

In this case it was pilot error.
The plug-in creates a string to be pasted into the cron. which I did.

. The problem is, It started with php and it needed on my server, at least to start with /bin/php
