    Could you post the error message please?
    It seems to work fine on my local installation (WP3.5.1).

    I have just installed and tested this on a WP3.5 and 2012 Theme and it seems to be working fine.

    Possibly I tried this on a different theme before.

    If I see the error again I will let you know.
