The plugin appears twice in the plugin list

Hi,

The WP post stats plugin appears twice in the plugin list. One is on and the second is turned off.
When checking the plugin folder using FTP, I can see only one directory with this name.
I can’t delete this plugin, in fact, I cant delete any plugin from the turned off plugins.
How can I solve this issue?
