Question ehen Working with NextGen Gallery

Hi there,
I working actually with NextGen Gallery, and I want to install WP Lightbox 2.In the “effects” tab of NextGen Gallery I have selected in JavaScript Thumbnail effect: “Lightbox”, and in Line code line I have this: rel=”lightbox[%GALLERY_NAME%]”
The lightbox don’t work.
What do I wrong?
