I’m not sure when this happened — it might have been the upgrade from 2.0 to 2.0.1 or the initial upgrade from 1.5.1 to 2.0 — but it seems that my RSS feed is broken. You can view it here:

Does anyone know if this is an issue with 2.0.1 (doubtful) or if I just happened to break it somehow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, I’ve made a few posts since upgrading to 2.0.1 (and all posts were made on 2.0). Thanks for finding that working link, though. I can just change the RSS link on my site and that should be the end of that.

For the record, though, is the link I posted originally NOT supposed to work? In other words, is the https://www.guboogi.com/?feed=rss2 the proper way of calling an RSS feed in wordpress?

No, it definitely should work as it’s the script functioning behind /?feed=rss2. Hence my ‘strange’ aside that it doesn’t when called directly.

I’m having a similar problem.

Using the Sage plugin in Firefox, I find the following feeds on my site:

https://getjacked.hanamas.com/index.php/feed/
https://getjacked.hanamas.com/index.php/feed/atom/
https://getjacked.hanamas.com/index.php/feed/rss/
https://getjacked.hanamas.com/wp-rss2.php?cat=11
https://getjacked.hanamas.com/index.php/comments/feed/

All of these point to my comments, save the one with the category “11”, which points to only my podcast posts, as it should be.

I guess the script in my style template is calling the wrong feed URLs to include on the index page? This seems to have broken in the 2.0-2.0.1 upgrade.

Incidentally, when i tried switching to the default template, it was still not working correctly.

Some of my users have been complaining of RSS problems for some time. Since I moved to 2.0.1 my RSS feed points to my comments, and other users report the same problem.

Can’t get the solution to work for me. I added the line of code and changed my permalink structure, then changed it back. But the rss is still pointing to comments only.
