After updating to 4.1.5 the other day, I am no longer able to insert images using plugNedit.

When I select “PlugNedit Page Builder” from WordPress, it asks if I want to import files (and I do!) but once the builder loads, I select the Pictures tab then choose a folder, none of the thumbnails will load, and when I either click or drag and drop one of the images onto the page, it remains a blank box with no image.

I also do not understand where exactly the plugin is loading images from? I only have a dozen or so images but the editor seems to create duplicates of various resolutions and has created folders based on the month and year in which images were loaded. Can I control where the plugin looks for images or is this all automated?

I have tried both IE and Chrome but I still can’t insert any images even though a crazy long list images comes up (no thumbnails tho). Please help!!!

    Hi

I ran a update that we have been working on but I am not sure that it will fix your problem. it is a update to loading images 4.1.6.

You can update and if it solves your problem. great!
If it does not solve your problem, email [email protected]
and send your web address to us so we can see what is being loaded into the editor and fix the problem from there.

    Images question:
When you upload a picture into WordPress it creates varies sizes for you and stores them. We just load the pictures WordPress creates.

The main image uploaded would be the name of the picture.

This would be the exact picture you uploaded.
    Picture1.jpg

    WordPress typically creates other sizes:

    Picture1-300X500.jpg
    Picture1-100X500.jpg etc.

That is why you will see duplicates.

WordPress also stores your pictures in folders based on the date of upload.

    2012/03
    2012/04

You can change this setting in you WordPress admin and choose where and how to store your pictures.
