Cannot Activate Plugin

    I am using twenty eleven for a wordpress blog natashaart.net.
    What ever plugin I try to add, as soon as I activate it I get the following messages:
    Notice: Undefined variable: value_name in /home2/pawlinuc/public_html/natasha/wp-content/plugins/simple-basic-contact-form/simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 42

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_email in /home2/pawlinuc/public_html/natasha/wp-content/plugins/simple-basic-contact-form/simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 43

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_response in /home2/pawlinuc/public_html/natasha/wp-content/plugins/simple-basic-contact-form/simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 44

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_message in /home2/pawlinuc/public_html/natasha/wp-content/plugins/simple-basic-contact-form/simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 45

  • With wp-debug true I see these errors

    Undefined variable: value_name in…simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 42

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_email in ….simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 43

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_response in…simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 44

    Notice: Undefined variable: value_message in… simple-basic-contact-form.php on line 45

    Otherwise it all works fine.

    These PHP notices have been resolved in the latest version of the plugin (20130712). Thank you for the feedback ??
