Redirect Doesn't Work

This is the old link https://www.antiochne.edu/financial/forms/studenttimeslip.xls which I listed under Request as /studenttimeslip.xls and the new link https://www.antiochne.edu/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/StudentTimeSlip.xls i listed under Destination I saved my settings and emptied all caches but the redirect doesn’t work…
What am I doing wrong?
