Error due to missing file /wponlinebackup/tmp/full/gzipbuffer.php

  • My scheduled back-up worked fine, but when I’m trying to do a manual it doesn’t. It’s looking for something in the wponlinebackup folder that it doesn’t find.

    /wponlinebackup/tmp/full/gzipbuffer.php

    There is no tmp folder, I checked with my ftp client. I try to exclude the folder but I still get the same error. What do do?

    Hi mrsbeata,

    I’ll check but you should usually get an error if the tmp folder does not exist.

    You should login and create the tmp folder and also the full folder. So create: wponlinebackup/tmp/full/

    Then the backup should work.
