    I installed this plugin, and it seems to be almost what I expected. My biggest disappointment, though, is that there seems to be no way in the Admin panel to edit user data. I did not initially make some data required, for example, assuming I could go back and add it later. However, that is not the case. In addition, surely there will be times the user will put in the wrong data (wrong phone number, mistyped address, etc.). Is there any way to change it other than going into the database and editing it directly?

    The admin can edit, the user can only add comments after the first submission.

    On my installation, I cannot. I’ve uploaded an image. There is a large blue section with bogus data, and the ticket information is below in pink. I can edit the ticket information only.

    ah yes sorry, I realised after posting that you only get to edit the main message field. There is an edit link that appears when you hover over messages.
